Our Lead Pastor of Remnant Church, Jamari Lofton is a nonconforming creative and bold generational leader. Growing up as a pastor's kid, he dedicated much of his life to serving in the church. In 2017, Jamari answered his calling to ministry, and since then, he has been relentlessly pursuing his purpose. Working alongside him is his wife, Essence, a creative force in her own regard. With her deep care for God's people and extensive background in marketing, she brings a distinct and valuable perspective to her role as an Executive Pastor.

MISSION
Remnant Church Orlando is the byproduct of a vision deeply embedded in our Pastor’s heart for years. In 2019, Pastor Jamari began constructing the blueprint of the church he felt God had instilled in him. Remnant doesn’t restrict itself to being just a church for millennials; it embraces individuals of all ages and ethnicities who yearn for a weekly congregation of believers grounded in faith. We aim for our ministry to reflect the diversity of God’s kingdom by prioritizing a multiage and multiethnic church community.
For some, our faith may seem radical, but we acknowledge that supernatural blessings demand even greater faith, especially when the lives of hundreds and thousands are intertwined within that mission. Our vision statement remains unwavering: “We are set apart to play a part”. Amongst many things, we’re excited to witness how Jesus will work through us and alongside us.

It is not a secret that prayer is the heartbeat of our ministry. We believe that before doing anything we should bring it before God. Similar to the church of Acts we understand that where there is prayer, there is power. The Bible declares that we ought to pray without ceasing, offering up fervent effectual prayer. Every leader and team member must understand the value of prayer before serving on a team.

Wealth is much more than just a fiscal amount. Our church strives to be wealthy in every aspect of our lives; spiritually, mentally, and financially. Jesus came so that we may have life more abundantly and in him we lack nothing. If we’re going to do anything we want it to be done with a spirit of excellence and at a high level.

Every opportunity that we get to offer praise and worship to our Lord and savior we view as an honor. God is a spirit therefore we must worship him in spirit and in truth. We choose to be intentional about being intimate with God in that way.

Our heart is to have a church that reflects the sentiments of heaven. A Multi ethnic and Multi generational congregation is and will always be our goal. As a body of christ we know and understand that all members will look and function differently. Our team members don’t have a required look but they do have a required servant spirit.

WHY WE NEED YOUR HELP
Our aspiration is to establish a permanent location for Remnant Church Orlando, recognizing that God calls His children not to be borrowers but lenders (Deuteronomy 28:12-13). The vision for Remnant Church extends beyond our congregation; it aims to serve as a vital resource for the community and a sanctuary for those whom God directs to us. The scope of our vision encompasses numerous lives, underscoring the significance of our endeavor.

Our aspiration is for Remnant Church to reach a financial state where we can actively assist hundreds of individuals, transitioning from being recipients to being providers. This means offering aid with expenses such as Florida Power & Light bills, water bills, rent, as well as providing food and shelter assistance. Achieving excellence comes with costs, and operating at a high standard requires financial resources. Yet, we take comfort in knowing that we are not alone. God has appointed many to support us in this journey, providing for the vision. We are thrilled to extend to you an invitation to partner with us as we work toward the realization of Jesus's church.
PRAYER
We ask that you join us in prayer as we progress on this journey. We're thankful for the opportunity to contribute to the growth of God's church, acknowledging our humble role in it. We're amazed by the miracles we've witnessed along the way. In every season, God has guided, guarded, and supplied our needs. As we pursue our vision, we place our trust in His provision. With prayer leading the way, we'll keep advancing forward.
